Auctioneers Note

This auction offers the farming community of Aldergrove, Langley, Surrey, Delta an excellent opportunity to sell one or two items... or even a small dispersal of your items on October 2nd. We did this same sale at the same location last year and it was very successful.

Typically, our consignment auctions include 200 to 300 items. These include tractors, trailers, trucks, ATVs, and all types of farming implements. Very few farmers give us a heads up as to what they are bringing to the auction. Most items just arrive at the auction site a day or two prior to the auction which gives us no time to get items photographed or listed on our website. For example, at this point there may be no tractors listed on our site for the upcoming auction, however we usually end up with 15 or 20 tractors at the auction. Best thing to do for an update on auction items is to call my cell (Ian at 604 644 3497) at the auction site a day or two before the auction and I can tell you over the phone what types of items have come in that may be of intrest to you.

• All consignments must be in working order and farming related.

• PAYMENT Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Interact.

Commission Rates:
• Items selling over $10000.00 - 9%
• Items selling between $1000.00 and $10000.00 - 12%
• Items selling between $200.00 and $1000.00 - 15%
• Items selling under $200.00 - 25%

• All items are sold “As is, Where is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Sales are subject to applicable sales tax law.

• Payment due in full day of auction. Payment by cash, MasterCard/Visa, cheque with proper ID or Interac.

• Removal of purchases is the responsibility of the buyer.

• ALL purchases must be removed by 4PM on Tuesday, October 5, 2010.

• No removal of purchases until they are paid in full.

• Bonafide Farmer ID Card or PST# must be presented for PST EXEMPTION
